I got these to use throughout the day at work. I like a clean mouth... To get started you need to remove about a half-inch of the coating on one end and bite the fibers to get them to fan out. Then just kind of brush your teeth and the gumline.
I love how natural this product is, literally pieces of a tree! It comes nicely packaged, each stick in individually wrapped.
I have been wanting to try these for at least 2 1/2 decades!! I was so excited to see them on sale, I ordered them with a true trigger finger.
Makes my teeth feel cleaner than ever. Taste is not bad. You’ll get used to it. I’m able to use it multiple times a day and then at the end of the day with a real brush, my mouth just feels extra clean and satisfied
I was skeptical at first, but these really do clean your teeth ( maybe better than a toothbrush ) you do have to peel or cut off the bark about an inch, and then chew it to spread the bristles.
